## Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves leveraging technical and functional expertise to optimize ERP and CRM systems while providing training and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will be skilled in streamlining processes, enhancing system functionality, and fostering effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders., * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP and CRM systems.

 * Configure and customize ERP and CRM platforms to meet organizational needs.
 * Develop and implement client-side scripting solutions to enhance system performance.
 * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents.
 * Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective utilization of systems.
 * Manage API development and integration to streamline data exchange between platforms.
 * Conduct regular system reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
 * Offer technical and functional support to resolve system-related issues promptly.
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business goals.
 * Ensure compliance with configuration management standards and best practices.
