## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role
 * 2+ years of experience supporting all Mobile devices (Wi-Fi and Cellular - IPads, Phones, Laptops etc)
 * 2+ Years of experience working through ticketing systems
 * Strong experience with asset/inventory tracking and process documentation
 * Experience with Microsoft Intune, AT&T/FirstNet or similar carrier environments, private APNs, IoT or cellular-connected technologies (Preferred)
 * Softs skills are key: Eager, Problem solver, Team player, Personality/communication
