## About the Role

* Low-voltage installation experience
 * Burglar alarm experience
 * Experience with Vista 20, Alarm.com, and/or IQ Panel systems
 * BASA/FASA certification
 * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
 * Own basic hand tools and ladder
 * Strong customer service skills
 * Dependable, outgoing, and self-motivated

## Description

We are seeking a Field Installation Technician to support residential security system upgrades within HOA communities throughout South Florida. Technicians will typically complete 2-3 jobs per day, installing wireless devices, performing low-voltage work, and upgrading existing burglar alarm systems. Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

 * Install and upgrade burglar alarm and low-voltage systems
 * Install wireless devices and system enhancements
 * Work with Vista 20 alarm systems and related technologies
 * Test and troubleshoot installed equipment
 * Educate customers on system functionality
 * Track inventory and job completion through mobile devices
