This role will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and other business divisions, while serving as a key liaison between the North American organization and Japan headquarters. The position will also play an important role in the FY27 SAP implementation and business process transformation., ・Lead business planning and performance management activities, including annual business plans, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and management reviews. ・Analyze sales, inventory, backlog, pipeline, and other key business indicators to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management. ・Develop demand forecasts, sales outlooks, and scenario analyses using SAP, CRM, and other business systems. ・Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and other business divisions to align strategies and execution plans. ・Serve as a key Planning representative for the FY27 SAP implementation, coordinating business requirements, testing, user training, and process alignment. ・Drive business process standardization and continuous improvement using SAP and other digital tools. ・Develop and maintain documentation for planning processes, reporting structures, and business workflows. ・Lead planning-related communications, meetings, and reporting activities with Japan headquarters. ・Support executive discussions through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations. ・Act as a liaison between North America and Japan to ensure alignment on business priorities, performance targets, and strategic initiatives.
