## Description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with experience in supporting ERP/HRIS systems to join our team as an ERP Software Support Specialist. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will serve as the in-house expert for our core ERP system, Agvance, and work closely with internal departments to develop customized solutions and enhancements in the system to meet their needs. Core responsibilities:Understand and learn the ins and outs of Agvance, an ERP system for ag retailersInstall and test software upgradesCommunicate with other departments to resolve software, hardware, and operations problemsUnderstand and troubleshoot a variety of business software applicationsUtilize Helpdesk software to track incoming support calls and provide support to end usersProvide initial and on-going user training on software and platforms such as Agvance, Jamf, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), and Microsoft 365Establish and maintain network users, user
