If you have Windows Server administration, SaaS application support, and vendor management experience and are looking for your next career move, apply now., * 3 to 6 years of IT systems administration or application support experience * Strong familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms * Hands-on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments * Experience supporting SaaS applications and managing vendor relationships * Working knowledge of Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML, or similar SSO technologies * Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates * Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills Preferred: * Knowledge of Java language programming * Experience with cloud migration projects in GCP, AWS, or Azure * Exposure to building management systems, HVAC, lighting control, or IoT-related platforms * Knowledge of containerization concepts such as Docker or Kubernetes * ITIL Foundation certification or comparable service management experience Physical Demands * Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards * Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor * Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person * Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. ## Description We are looking for a Systems Administrator to serve as the primary technology liaison for three business-critical applications supporting facility management and supply chain operations. This position will be Full-Time and Remote . This role will participate in the on-call rotation, with one week of on call time each month. Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.
