This is a remote role, with both full-time and part-time positions available. The successful candidate will provide essential first-line technical support to our dedicated team of researchers and staff, ensuring our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in enabling our team to focus on their pioneering work without technological interruption. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, playing a vital part in maintaining our operational effectiveness.
