What youll do Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services for clients: support migration, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of cloud solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams: handle troubleshooting, permission/access management, security manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure business-continuity standards are met. Communicate clearly with clients in English and Nordic languages, producing reports, documentation, and technical briefs as needed.
