## About the Role

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
 * Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
 * Prior experience in the construction industry is required, either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent).
 * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

## Description

* Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients.
 * Apply both Sage Intacct expertise and construction-specific knowledge to guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs.
 * Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
 * Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
 * Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
