## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
 * Hands-on experience developing and supporting applications in AWS environments.
 * Experience with relevant AWS services.
 * Java development experience, particularly with enterprise applications and integrations.
 * Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
 * Experience with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks.
 * Experience modernizing, migrating, or transitioning legacy applications to modern platforms.
 * Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, application development, unit testing, troubleshooting, integration, and deployment support.
 * Experience working within Agile or squad-based development teams.

Preferred Skills

 * Exposure to AI technologies or AI-enabled application development.
 * Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
