 * Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations. \n

 * Advanced reporting and data analysis skills with a focus on data integrity and governance. \n
 * Experience supporting system testing, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
 * Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. \n
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. \n
 * Experience supporting HR technology, transformation, and change management initiatives. \n
 * Workday certification(s) preferred.\n
