Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. * Seven (7+) plus years of post-graduation consulting experience in federal, state, or local transportation consulting/research. * Proven experience leading and contributing to large-scale Federal consulting engagements involving teams of 25 to 200+ professionals. * Strong expertise in operations management and organizational transformation initiatives. * Ability to travel. * This hybrid position role may require up to 3-5 days on-site at the Client's office. * This hybrid position is open to candidates who currently reside or will reside within 50 miles of Washington DC.
