The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to join our team on I TSS supporting Department of Navy., The Senior Application Developer is responsible for leading all software development efforts, overseeing the design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom applications across the NMOTC enterprise. This role supports web applications, databases, and integration with DoD systems in compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies., * Lead development of web and enterprise applications to support NMOTC operations * Ensure compliance with DoD software standards and cybersecurity protocols * Create technical design documents, code, test plans, and deployment packages * Maintain and update legacy code bases; migrate to modern frameworks where needed * Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and user stories * Perform software and system integration, testing, and sustainment * Support ATO packages and RMF documentation as required * Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews COMPETENCIES * Full-Stack Software Development * Secure Coding Practices * Database Design & Management * System Integration * Agile/ DevSecOps Practices * Documentation & Reporting * Leadership & Oversight, * Type of environment : Office * Noise level : Medium * Work schedule : Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday during core business hours * Amount of Travel : 15 % - The Contractor may be required to do site visits throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) during the performance of this contractor, This position supports an upcoming government contract proposal and is contingent upon contract award and government approval.
