 * Ability to learn new software systems (Xactimate experience is a plus)
 * High School Diploma or GED required

This is more than an administrative role - it's the operational heartbeat of every project.

What You'll Do

You will oversee job documentation, coordination, and communication from start to finish, ensuring every project is accurate, compliant, and progressing efficiently.

 * Monitor job file status, WIPs, and audit progress
 * Coordinate daily job file activities and reporting
 * Review and validate field documentation
 * Create preliminary estimates and maintain accurate job backups
 * Ensure client and compliance requirements are met
 * Maintain strong internal and external communication
 * Complete final documentation and oversee job close-out
 * Support general office functions including correspondence and reporting
