 * Experience with production support, release management, and governance
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, * Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
 * Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
 * Prior experience in leading teams or managing AI programs

## Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect/Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role will drive end-to-end implementation using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and other enterprise tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and business-aligned solutions., * Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from design to deployment and support

 * Design and implement solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and Gemini
 * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, data modelers, SMEs, and stakeholders across the enterprise
 * Ensure seamless integration of multiple products and services to meet business needs
 * Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams on data and application design strategies
 * Define and execute testing, deployment, and implementation plans
 * Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
 * Oversee Tier 3 support, including upgrades, patches, and performance improvements
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks
 * Drive best practices, governance, and adoption of AI solutions across teams
 * Act as a technical advisor to leadership on system design and engineering decisions
 * Create high-level and detailed technical design documentation
 * Support team management activities including resourcing, mentoring, and performance reviews
