Responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining core network infrastructure, following defined runbooks and SOPs in a healthcare environment where availability is critical.

Core Responsibilities

 * Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routers, switches, wireless controllers/APs, load balancers, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and network monitoring tools.
 * Analyze capacity, latency, availability, utilization, segmentation, and resiliency requirements.
 * Support incidents, changes, network upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and major event readiness.
 * Document network designs, standards, diagrams, configurations, and operating procedures.
 * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, telecom, cloud, application, and vendor teams to resolve cross-domain issues.

 * Performs routine activities using defined runbooks and SOPs.
 * Resolves low-complexity requests, documents outcomes, and escalates issues with complete troubleshooting detail.
