The Senior Systems Engineer is solely responsible for managing the Mac and Mobile Device hardware and software environment for the company globally. This will involve escalations from support, automation of workflows, extensive scripting, JAMF Pro administration, 3rd party software configuration, and working side by side with the security and network teams to bring the best user experience to our associates. This individual will work with members of other IT teams around the country, as well as other departments to evaluate, plan for, and implement new technology.
