## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or 4+ years of military service in a technical role.
 * 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SharePoint, Power Platform or application development.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and government stakeholders.
 * Senior level expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, development, and administration.
 * Senior level expertise in designing and delivering Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
 * Experience delivering solutions in federal, DoD or regulated environments.
 * Knowledge of secure development practices.
 * Experience implementing or supporting NIST 800-53 controls.
 * Experience developing with SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
 * Active Secret clearance.

## Description

* Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex SharePoint and Power Platform production issues.
 * Oversee secure deployment of software updates, patches, and releases across environments.
 * Lead architecture and design of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
 * Establish DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
 * Manage source code using Git and support CI/CD pipelines and release management.
 * Maintain and optimize enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform environments for performance, security, and scalability.
 * Support program teams in delivering enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across development and production environment.
 * Build and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows supporting federal mission delivery.
 * Drive platform governance and security best practices.
 * Support full application lifecycle development by advising developers on how to provide stable and secure code.
 * Understanding of security best practices and ability to implement NIST 800-53 in Cloud environments.
