This job description may change or be altered by the company at any time, with or without notice. ## Description POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology workstreams that support the sale and acquisition of properties, as well as enterprise IT initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, applications, security, data, vendors, and business stakeholders to support the transition of systems, data, and services throughout the property lifecycle.
