Preferred Experience: * Direct experience with WorkForce Software (WFS) * Experience with cloud-based data tools (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, etc.). * Background in automotive or high-volume industrial environments. Functional project managers without configuration experience will not be considered. ## Description Position Description: Seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for the ATLAS program-our large-scale initiative modernizing workforce management for 55,000+ employees across the US and Canada. In this hybrid role, you will act as both a System Administrator and a Data Engineer. You will be responsible for the technical configuration of our timekeeping platform and the integrity of the data pipelines that connect it to Ford's Payroll, HR, and Finance systems. While Ford utilizes WorkForce Software (WFS), we are looking for a technical powerhouse with deep experience in enterprise-grade WFM solutions who can design complex labor rules and manage large-scale data integrations., * System Configuration: Assist with technical build and "under-the-hood" configuration of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules. * Data & Integration Engineering: Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between the WFM platform and Ford's internal ecosystem. * Rule Engine Development: Translate complex union contracts, labor laws, and manufacturing work rules into precise system logic and automated calculations. * Platform Governance: Manage system health, security roles, and environment stability.
