In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, prioritising, and resolving business incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to critical systems and services.As a key member of a globally distributed support function, you will work closely with development and product teams to investigate issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain the stability of high-scale, API-driven platforms.
