This senior individual contributor role owns the ITAM roadmap and administers the program using ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM, with focus on data quality, lifecycle governance, compliance, and executive engagement. You'll blend forward-thinking vision with hands-on ServiceNow expertise to transform ITAM from operational management into measurable business value.
