3+ years of experience
in risk, compliance, Business Continuity Management, or a closely related field, with a solid foundational understanding of resilience concepts
Strong experience contributing to policy and procedural documentation
, with a proven ability to translate complex frameworks and concepts into clear, actionable guidelines for diverse stakeholder groups
Proficiency in MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights effectively

Experience with
Agile project management
methodologies and ways of working
Hands-on experience in
Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or IT Resilience
programmes
Data analytical skills
