We partner with the customer to determine requirements, develop the customized process, and provided continued delivery and support for the solution. Our mission is to provide customized solutions to our top customers that exceed their expectations and allows them to be successful.Summary of the role:The Product Solutions Specialist is responsible for customized support along with subscription maintenance and monitoring for enterprise customers. They will coordinate alignment of data across multiple production databases as well as document data administration procedures and guidelines. They will also provide escalation support to internal customers.
