Do you have experience in Team management?, * 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, technology operations, or systems architecture.

 * Deep expertise in software languages such as Python, including modern frameworks and tooling.
 * Strong experience designing, building, and integrating APIs, with a preference for RESTful API architectures.
 * Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across software and hardware domains.
 * Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and managing risk across software and hardware environments.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

## Description

The Senior Director, Technology & Digital Platforms will serve as the senior leader responsible for all software development, technology infrastructure, data engineering, and AI innovation., * Own the full software lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

 * Lead the design and evolution of applications, and internal digital tools.
 * Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and modern development methodologies.
 * Drive innovation in automation, cloud services, AI/ML, and data-driven product capabilities.
 * Partner with product and business teams to translate needs into scalable software solutions.
 * Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, privacy, and security standards.
 * Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across software and hardware.
 * Implement KPIs and operational metrics to measure system performance, uptime, and delivery velocity.
 * Oversee technology budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
 * Establish governance frameworks for software releases, infrastructure changes, and security controls.
 * Develop a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
 * Identify emerging technologies that can create competitive advantage.
 * Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on technology investments and priorities.
 * Prepare the organization for scale through improved architecture, automation, and process maturity.
