## About the Role

Do you have experience in SAP?, * 3-7 years of procurement or transactional operations experience

 * SAP experience required (Ariba is a plus)
 * Experience handling procurement, invoicing, or office/contract administration involving billing or purchase workflows
 * Strong ability to manage high-volume, repetitive transactional work accurately
 * High attention to detail, organization, and reliability
 * Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
 * Experience working in structured, process-driven environments

Procurement Specialist Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in structured procurement or finance support environments
 * Exposure to purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, or supplier coordination
 * Experience working with data tracking, reporting, or administrative systems
 * Strong ability to work independently in a detail-oriented environment, * SAP: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Procurement: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Purchase Order Management: Create, update, and track purchase orders, pricing changes, and receipts
 * Invoice & Payment Support: Approve invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and support accruals and period-end close activities
 * Data Management: Maintain accurate procurement data including pricing, source lists, and purchasing records
 * Transaction Tracking: Monitor open purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; drive timely resolution of outstanding items
 * Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers (primarily via email) to resolve issues and discrepancies
 * Reporting & Compliance: Maintain trackers and dashboards while ensuring clean, accurate, and compliant data
