This role is hands-on across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support, focused on delivering scalable, high-impact business applications., * Requirements & Solution Design: Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Design, document, and implement scalable Dynamics 365 enhancements. * Configuration & Development: Configure D365 modules and develop customizations using X++ and/or C#. Build plugins, workflows, and extensions to support business processes. Develop SSRS reports and leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). * Integrations & Data Management: Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., EDI, CRM). Manage data migration activities, including data validation and transformation. * Support, Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across environments. Conduct Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor performance, optimize system configurations, and manage batch processes. * Operations & Continuous Improvement: Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes (Azure DevOps, Git). Maintain documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to automation initiatives for deployments and system maintenance. * Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with global technical and business teams. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
