You will join a multicultural team of experts dedicated to providing high-availability solutions and ensuring the digital continuity of the world's leading helicopter manufacturer. * YOUR CHALLENGES *As a member of the *Infrastructure Technologies* team, your daily mission will involve: *System Administration & Monitoring:* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments, focusing on Windows Server. Active system monitoring and proactive resolution of incidents or bottlenecks. *Maintenance & Budget Management:* Support and management of maintenance contracts (SLA) and budget planning for the ongoing operation of the Windows Server infrastructure. *3rd Level Support & Troubleshooting*: Handling complex 3rd level support activities. Incident management and root cause analysis in close collaboration with end-users. *Methods & Standards:* Support to establish industry standards, and quality assurance regulations. *Documentation:* Creation and continuous maintenance of comprehensive system documentations and operational manuals. *Obsolescence Management*: Identifying and managing hardware and software lifecycles to mitigate risks related to outdated technology. Support the obsolescence project in planification, communication and scheduling. *External Provider Management:* Collaborating with external service providers for the operational management and maintenance of the infrastructure. *Virtualization*: Administering hypervisor clusters and ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software layers. *Security & Compliance:* Support the implementation of security patches and ensuring systems meet strict aviation industry cybersecurity standards. *Automation:* Developing scripts (PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency., **Hybrid model of working* : we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.
