## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines Finanzinstituts oder in einem vergleichbaren regulatorischen Umfeld. Gutes Verständnis von Bilanzierungs- und Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS und UGB).
 * Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel. Erfahrungen in SAP Financial Products Subledger FPSL oder SAP S/4HANA Finance von Vorteil.
 * Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
 * Proaktive und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen und Englischkenntnissen

## Description

* Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL).
 * Analyse, Abstimmung und Qualitätssicherung von Buchungs- und Bewertungsdaten zwischen FPSL, Hauptbuch und Vorsystemen.
 * Selbstständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, Bilanzierung nach IFRS und UGB sowie Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen.
 * Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer und bilanzierungsrelevanter Anforderungen sowie bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT und Fachbereichen zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Accounting-Prozessen, von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
 * Ansprechpartner:in für betreute Gesellschaften sowie externe Partner wie Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung und Finanzbehörden
