## Description

mit fundierten IT- und Netzwerkkenntnissen, der/die unsere Kund_innen bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung moderner IT-Lösungen unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von EDV- und IT-Systemen bei Kund_innen vor Ort
 * Einrichtung und Wartung von Netzwerken (LAN, WLAN, Arbeitsplätze)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts, Systemerweiterungen und Migrationen
 * Service- und Supporteinsätze im Außendienst sowie teilweise Remote-Support
