## Description

Betreuung bestehender Server sowie die technische Beratung der Kund:innen bzgl. benötigten Equipments

 - Anlage, Detailplanung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen
 - Installation und 2nd-Level-User:innen-Support von Hard- und Software
 - Detaillierte Dokumentation der Equipments und der durchgeführten Arbeiten im Asset System
 - Annahme und prozesskonforme Abarbeitung von Störungen im Ticketsystem
 - Koordination, Steuerung und Kontrolle der externen Dienstleister:innen
 - Sicherstellung der Security-Richtlinien sowie Patch-Management
