Im Laufe deiner 3-jährigen Ausbildung wirst du zum Profi im Bereich E-Commerce. Du perfektionierst unser Online Angebot und erhältst neben der kaufmännischen Ausbildung verstärkt auch digitale Kompetenz.

DEINE AUSBILDUNGSZIELE

 * Online Marketing (Bearbeitung/Verwaltung von Onlineshops, Webshops und Internet-Verkaufsplattformen
 * Betreuung des elektronisch gesteuerten Handels (= E-Commerce)
 * Beantwortung und Weiterleitung von Kund:innenanfragen, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
 * Verwendung von Datenbanken und Software/Apps zur Text- und Fotobearbeitung, Präsentationserstellung
 * Betreuung und Aktualisierung von Webseiten, Vergleich von Angeboten und Anpassung der Produkte und Preise (SEO, SEA)
 * Mitarbeit bei Werbe- und Marketingkampagnen
 * Verwalten der Kund:innendaten und Planung der Customer Journey
 * Auswertung und Analyse des Such- und Kaufverhaltens der Kund:innen
