## About the Role

* Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von SAP-Implementierungsprojekten, davon mindestens 3 Jahre mit S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekten (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid).
 * Zertifizierter PMP, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbar; fundierte und nachweisbare Erfahrung mit SAP Activate und agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban)
 * Fundiertes Verständnis zentraler SAP-Module (z. B. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) - idealerweise mit Lead Consultant Erfahrung und deren S/4HANA-Weiterentwicklungen
 * Erfahrung mit SAP-Fiori, SAP-UI5 und SAP-Cloud-Platform sind von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung in der Führung internationaler Projektteams sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke
 * Fließendes Deutsch (Muttersprache oder C2) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch

## Description

* Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe SAP-Projektprogramme mit Fokus auf S/4HANA-Transformationen (Planung, Steuerung, Budget, Abschluss)
 * Führung internationaler, interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination externer Partner und Berater
 * Steuerung von Projektplänen, Ressourcen und Budgets bis EUR 15 Mio. inkl. KPI-Monitoring (Kosten, Zeit, Qualität, Risiken) und Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
 * Stakeholder-Management bis auf C-Level sowie transparente Kommunikation von Fortschritt, Entscheidungen und Risiken
 * Methodische Steuerung nach SAP Activate, PMP/PRINCE2-Best-Practices und agilen Ansätzen (Scrum, SAFe) - je nach Projektphase und Kundensituation
 * Risiko- und Issue-Management sowie Ableitung von Gegenmaßnahmen; Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance- und Governance-Vorgaben
 * Qualitätssicherung und Review von Deliverables (Blueprints/Konzepte, Konfigurationsdokumente, Testpläne, Cut-Over-Strategien)
 * Change- und Trainingsmanagement - Vorbereitung der Fachbereiche auf den Go-Live, Begleitung der Organisation im Change-Prozess
