## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience in web/software development.
 * Strong experience with:
 + JavaScript
 + Node.js
 + React
 + CSS
 + Microservices
 + Docker
 + RabbitMQ
 + PostgreSQL or another relational database
 * Strong programming, testing, and debugging skills.
 * Experience leading or coaching development teams.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs/VLMs, prompt engineering, and AI model integration is a strong advantage.
 * Knowledge of vector databases and RAG is an advantage.
 * Experience with data preprocessing, fine-tuning, or multimodal applications is a plus.
 * Knowledge of Elixir is an advantage.
 * Dutch: CEFR C2/native-level proficiency.

## Description

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to contribute to the development and integration of innovative digital applications within a multidisciplinary Agile team. The role focuses on JavaScript/Node.js, React, microservices, and AI/LLM integration.

 * Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality web applications.
 * Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
 * Design and integrate microservices and distributed applications.
 * Work with Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
 * Contribute to application architecture and technical solution design.
 * Support and coach other developers and take a leading role within the development team.
 * Integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, VLMs, and RAG into applications.
 * Work on multimodal AI solutions involving text, images, and video.
 * Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
