## About the Role

* Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, desktop support, or help desk functions
 * Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and standard end-user systems
 * Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
 * Strong communication and customer service mindset
 * Ability to follow process, document work, and learn quickly
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems or service request tools preferred
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Understanding of basic peripherals and hardware components

## Description

Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

 - Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues

 - Log, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systems

 - Support installations, configurations, and device setups

 - Assist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activities

 - Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation

 - Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians

 - Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

 - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
