## About the Role

* A Master's degree and at least 4 years of experience in IT audit.
 * Familiarity with controls assurance in complex IT environments; experience with cloud, automation or emerging technologies is a plus.
 * Understanding of key business processes and the ability to assess IT risks and controls within a broader business context.
 * Clear communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to guide small teams effectively.
 * Strong relationship-building skills, consistent delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget, and a proactive mindset.
 * An organized, client-focused approach and readiness to take initiative and contribute meaningfully.
 * Certifications such as CISA, CISM or CIA are a plus.
 * Curiosity, eagerness to keep learning, and fluency in English and Dutch or French, with strong reporting and presentation skills.
 * Confidence in working with AI tools, alongside a thoughtful and critical approach to using AI in daily tasks and team collaboration.

What you will work on:

 * Performing technology audits and advisory projects within multi-disciplinary teams.
 * Collecting data, analyzing systems and gaining a clear understanding of client operations.
 * Helping plan and execute risk-based audits, reporting results and following up on recommendations.
 * Leading smaller audits from start to finish, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
 * Keeping engagement leaders informed and identifying opportunities for additional services.
 * Building strong client relationships and collaborating closely with your team.
 * Staying up to date with market trends and sharing knowledge to support junior colleagues.
 * Quickly integrating into the team and offering support across projects as needed.
