 * Certificeringen: CSA (Certified System Administrator) en CAD (Certified Application Developer) verplicht.
 * Extra pluspunten: CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CTA of ervaring met ServiceNow AI/GenAI-functionaliteiten.

## Description

* Ontwerpen, configureren en ontwikkelen van ServiceNow-oplossingen (ITSM, CSM).
 * Bouwen van applicaties, flows, UI policies, business rules en integraties.
 * Ondersteunen van de volledige projectlevenscyclus: analyse * design * development * testing * deployment.
 * Bestaande modules onderhouden en verbeteren, nieuwe features implementeren.
 * Integraties realiseren via REST/SOAP, MID Server of Integration Hub.
 * Bijdragen aan AI-gedreven innovaties zoals Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent en Automation.
