* Business requirements verzamelen en analyseren
 * Workshops faciliteren met stakeholders
 * Processen, systemen en dataflows in kaart brengen
 * Businessnoden vertalen naar functionele analyses en user stories
 * Samenwerken met business stakeholders, projectteams en development teams
 * Oplossingen valideren en ondersteunen tijdens testing
 * Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties
