Your responsibilities AI Adoption & Coaching * Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot and new ways of working with AI within development teams. * Coach teams on effective use of AI tools in their daily work. * Identify and help implement high-value AI use cases across the development lifecycle. * Support teams in moving from experimentation to repeatable, scalable AI-enabled processes. Software Engineering Excellence * Promote best practices in AI-assisted development. * Help define standards for AI-generated code quality, testing, documentation, security, and maintainability. * Advise on the right balance between AI assistance and human expertise. Governance & Responsible AI * Contribute to practical governance frameworks for AI usage (human-in-the-loop validation, prompt engineering, secure coding). * Support monitoring mechanisms related to AI tool usage.
