 * Strong understanding of API and SOA environments
 * Agile delivery experience
 * Resource and budget management experience
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills
 * Strong communication and coaching abilities
 * Knowledge of testing methodologies and DevOps practices
 * Experience with project reporting and governance
 * Understanding of REST, SOAP and integration concepts
 * Languages:
 + Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)
 + Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French (mandatory)
 * Technology environment: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Jenkins, OpenAPI, REST Services, Agile Tooling, Reporting Platforms and API Management solutions., A collaborative leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver complex initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.

As API / SOA Team Lead, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects while ensuring quality, governance and successful project execution., * Lead and mentor development and analysis teams

 * Manage planning, resources and priorities
 * Coordinate project delivery activities
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies
 * Ensure compliance with architecture standards
 * Manage risks, dependencies and issues
 * Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
 * Monitor project delivery and reporting
 * Support solution design and technical governance
