Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Networking Engineer to lead the operation support, implementation, and optimization of our complex production customer access network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Juniper network systems, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to drive strategic objectives., * Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of 's complex customer access network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives for network systems and processes, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
 * Manage and execute networking projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
 * Collaborate with various business units to understand their networking needs and translate them into technical requirements.
 * Ensure accountability for network performance, reliability, and security across all systems.
 * Organize and lead meetings related to network planning, design, and troubleshooting.
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
 * Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in networking to inform strategic decisions.
