## Description

Als Technisch Applicatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en de technische doorontwikkeling van Microsoft Dynamics 365 en de bijbehorende integraties. Je analyseert technische vraagstukken van begin tot eind, werkt samen met functioneel beheerders en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige implementatie van technische wijzigingen. Je bewaakt de prestaties, beschikbaarheid en capaciteit van het platform en grijpt in bij incidenten. Daarnaast coördineer je releases en deployments binnen verschillende OTAP-omgevingen en onderhoud je contact met leveranciers over technische verbeteringen. Je houdt technische documentatie bij en deelt je kennis met collega's. Je werkt flexibel op verschillende locaties en draait mee in de storingsdienst.
