## Description

Als Medior ICT Consultant werk je binnen een dynamische MSP-omgeving waarin je zowel remote als on-site bij klanten actief bent. Je richt je op complexe technische vraagstukken, voert zelfstandig changes en implementaties uit en adviseert klanten over verbeteringen binnen hun IT-omgeving.

Als Medior ICT Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van veranderingen, implementaties en optimalisaties binnen moderne Microsoft-omgevingen.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - analyseren en oplossen van complexe 2e en 3e lijns incidenten - uitvoeren van technische changes binnen Microsoft 365-, Azure- en Windows-omgevingen - implementeren van nieuwe oplossingen en verbeteringen bij klanten - uitvoeren van root cause analyses en realiseren van structurele verbeteringen - beheren en optimaliseren van Intune-, Azure- en Entra ID-omgevingen - uitvoeren van configuratiewijzigingen zoals Conditional Access, RBAC en security policies - begeleiden van migraties en technische projecten - uitvoeren van on-site beheerdagen, health checks en optimalisatietrajecten - adviseren van klanten over security, beheer en Modern Workplace-oplossingen - afstemme...
