## About the Role

* Du besitzt idealerweise eine abgeschlossene fachbezogene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder du bist Quereinsteiger:in mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der IT
 * Du hast Berufserfahrung im IT Onsite Support / Service-Desk oder alternativ im 2nd bzw. 3rd Level wünschenswert
 * Du hast gute Kenntnisse von gängiger Endgeräte-Hardware sowie im Betriebssystemsupport, insbesondere Windows 11 und iOS
 * Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Bereich Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, File & Print sowie Software-Verteilung SCCM / Intune, Tickettools Micro Focus Servicemanager/ Jira
 * Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker und zuverlässiger Teamplayer
 * Du zeichnest dich durch deine hohe Kundenorientierung aus und hast sehr gute Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Annahme, Vorqualifizierung und Koordination von Störungsmeldungen, einschließlich Kundenkommunikation und Kundenanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Du bist somit zuständig für die Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung per Remote Zugriff oder vor Ort, Softwareinstallationen, Durchführung von Standard Changes und Access Management im Active Directory
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung unserer vereinbarten OnSite Services an unserem Kundenstandort in Gütersloh
 * Du bist verantwortlich für Steuerung und Überwachung der Tickets gemäß den Service Level Agreements
 * Du betreust Endgeräte in einem komplexen Umfeld (Notebooks und Mobile Devices im Rahmen eines MS-driven Digital Workplace und allem, was sonst noch so dazu gehört)
 * Du betreust kundenspezifische Applikationen
