## Description

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der SAP HCM- und SuccessFactors-Prozesse
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors-Module, insbesondere Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting und Onboarding
 * Betreuung der klassischen SAP HCM-Module PA, PT, PY und OM sowie angrenzender HR-Lösungen
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung effizienter Lösungen für die HR-IT-Landschaft
 * Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitungen im SAP-Umfeld
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
 * Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Betreuung der SAP Key User
