* Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CAFM-Systemen (z. B. Planon, Archibus, Speedikon) sind von Vorteil
 * Technisches Verständnis und und ein großes Interesse an digitalen Tools
 * Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

## Description

* Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Pflege unseres CAFM-Systems (z. B. Flächenmanagement, Wartungsplanung, Dokumentation)
 * Analyse und Aufbereitung von Bestandsdaten zur Optimierung der Gebäudebewirtschaftung
 * Selbstständige Datenpflege und Systemuploads/-pflege
 * Mitwirkung an der Digitalisierung und Optimierung interner Prozesse im Facility Management
 * Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen für interne Stakeholder
