We are seeking an IT Support Technician I to join our North Bethesda, Maryland office. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, supporting end users, and resolving day-to-day technical issues, while working under the direction of the Firm's IT Manager. The IT Support Technician I will play an important role in maintaining our technology infrastructure by providing helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with the setup and deployment of workstations and equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their IT career while delivering high-quality service to internal users and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Firm's technology operations., Responsible for support of PCs, printers, and related equipment in person, by phone, and through remote screen sharing. Also provides end user support, upgrades, setting up new computers, and other online technologies. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following essential job functions: Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
