 * Strong problem-solving instincts and clear communication
 * A genuine curiosity about what's next in AI and a track record of acting on it

Bonus Points

 * Azure DevOps and cloud hosting experience
 * Hands-on work with AI agents, autonomous workflows, or multi-step reasoning systems
 * Serverless architecture or Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
 * Experience with Jest, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks
 * Agile/Scrum background
