The successful candidate will be comfortable working across strategic and operational levels, helping social care teams translate Sheffield's ambitions into practical pathways, referral routes, workforce confidence, measurable benefits and better outcomes for residents, families and carers., * Experience delivering complex TEC transformation or service improvement programmes in adult social care, health, local government or related care settings. * Good understanding of Technology Enabled Care, digital tools, remote monitoring or technology-led prevention. * Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, partners, milestones and dependencies. * Experience of supporting organisational change and embedding new ways of working with frontline practitioners and operational teams. * Skilled at building trusted relationships with ASC team managers, social care practitioners, providers, partners, residents, families and carers. * Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with the confidence to run workshops, briefings and practice-focused sessions. * Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans, pathway changes, referral processes, training activity and measurable benefits. * Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to use data and insight to understand adoption, outcomes and operational impact. * Collaborative, proactive and resilient, with the ability to work in a complex partnership environment where social care, health, housing and provider priorities need to align. * Passionate about improving outcomes for people who draw on care and support, and clear that technology is valuable when it enables independence, dignity, choice and control.
