In this role, you will maintain IT systems and networks under the direction of the IT Support Manager and collaborate with the VP of IT on administrative tasks. You will be responsible for both technical and administrative duties to ensure the efficiency and smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software, hardware, and networking, along with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
